Come enjoy our Lake Sara home that is situated on Blue Gill Cove with inviting water from the swimming / fishing dock, electric boat lift for your use, beautiful views and a home with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open concept common area. Per the Effingham Water Authority short-term rental ordinance, maximum occupancy is 2 adults (aged 21 and older) per bedroom, with a maximum of 8 adults. This is a 5-bedroom home, so additional guests above 8 adults must be children under the age of 21.

The Bin at No Bad Days farm is a newly constructed grain bin. As you walk in checkout the beautiful craftsmanship on the ceiling! There is a loft upstairs where you will find a king size bed.
