The Chalet is a self-contained wood-built cabin in the grounds of Haven View, perched on the side of the valley and overlooking the dramatic cliffs and beach of Crackington Haven. Nestled in a valley, The Piggery has been renovated into guest accommodation. There is a kitchen, comfy double bed, bathroom with shower and a cosy fire. The river, with salmon and trout, is a haven for wildlife. Our home is a former water mill and smallholding of 5 acres and we keep Meg the dog, Tony the Shetland pony and a rooster with his chickens. The area is a listed site of natural beauty and a site of scientific interest. The views from the barn are wonderful.

A perfect place to stay to enjoy a day on the beach, walks on Bodmin Moor and the Camel Trail or to visit the nearby towns of Padstow, Port Isaac or Wadebridge with their award winning restaurants from Chefs including Rick Stein, Paul Ainsworth and Nathan Outlaw.

Our wonderful village St Mabyn is approx 1 mile, has a community shop, post office and a recommended pub serving great food with a friendly welcoming atmosphere.
