We will make the real balinese coconut oil in traditional process at our lovely balinese house compound in ubud. First, when we Arrive in my home It will be to enjoy fresh herbal tea or coffee together for welcoming and than we will create your own Coconut Oil. Coconut oil has caused quite a buzz in the natural health community, and for good reason. It offers many health benefits and it has a delicate taste. It's also an extremely versatile oil with a number of uses you may not be aware of. Here we will make real coconut oil following the traditional process (it will take 1 - 2 hours to be done). While we wait for it, we will visit our Balinese traditional house and after that you will get delicious Nasi Goreng (fried rice) and drinks at our place. Once the coconut oil done, you will bring it home after the session end. I will guide you through pranayama, which is a Hindu breathing technique; this will relax & clear your mind of toxic energy. I will prepare a offering called “Tumpeng Adanan” twin pyramids made from yellow and white rice. Additionally, I will prepare “Sampyan Penyenang’ which is made from young coconut leaf and marigold flowers. This is how we will give gratitude to celebrate love, happiness and health. We will go through a process of blessing the holy water. This happens as I am praying and chanting mantra. The main purpose of this experience is to transfer my energy through wellness exercise and Sanskrit mantras by ringing of the bell. For some this experience can be a spiritual awakening or healing experience. After meeting at 6am, we will drive to Mengening, a water temple who’s name means “stillness”. There we will undertake a powerful cleansing ritual where you let go of everything which no longer serves you, and take in that which moves you forward. And for all the ladies, if you are in your period you are not allowed to do the ceremony in the temple due to Balinese Cultural Law and this is a STRICT RULES!!! We will then drive back to Ubud for a delicious breakfast before meeting a local Shaman. This Shaman normally only sees Balinese people as she doesn’t speak English but I will be able to translate for you. She will read your palm, look at your birth date and tap into the energy of your soul to give you guidance and advice on how to move forward with your life. It is a completely unique experience and not one that many tourists get to have!
