My 100-year-old house has color and character, a wrap-around deck, views of water and Mt. Rainier, friendly neighbors, and lush landscape. A peaceful place for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

This cozy 1 bedroom has a king size bed, 1 bath with a shower and unique 1/2 size tub. The views are amazing from the bedroom, kitchen and living area. At high tide you feel like you are on a boat. KVI Beach Bungalow

Our bungalow is located in the Chautauqua beach community. It is the perfect location to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. While it is not a waterfront property, the beach, known as KVI beach, is a stone's throw away. Central to the interior of the open beamed bungalow is a stone faced Envirotech masonry fireplace. Surrounding the masonry are the living room, office, dining area, kitchen and bedroom. Appliances are Fischer Paykel--propane cooktop & electric oven.

It features 100-plus feet of private, accessible tidal beach waiting to be combed, where gulls chase off bald eagles as a blue heron wades quietly at the water's edge.
