There is a private parking (included in the price) in front of the house which is really rare in the historic center. The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

The View Residence in Motovun offers a spacious, recently renovated apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room features a sofa bed and a dining area with a table. Cottage With Private Pool

The house was an old peasant cottage renovated to modern standards with pool. The whole property is for your sole use. The only and nearest house is 50 meters away, but there is olive grove in between so you cannot see the neighbours and vice versa. The house is situated on the hill and you have direct view of Motovun and Mirna valley.
