Kingsbridge has plenty of fabulous independent shops to explore, along with the essentials, while larger towns such as Dartmouth are just a short drive away.

This tidy and convenient flat has a large terrace, private entrance and plenty of parking. From our quiet, sun filled valley you can drive to many fantastic nearby sandy beaches or there's a flat walk to town where you can catch a ferry to Salcombe. Use this as your base to enjoy local walking, biking, SUP, surf, kite, food & beer. The accommodation is open plan styled in a modern yet comfortable way. You will have the entire ground floor of the Old School House with your own access. The accommodation consists of a main living room/bedroom with double bed, sofa bed & TV, a dining area with fridge, microwave, toaster and dining table overlooking secluded private garden. The "snug" room has a sofa and TV. There is also a shower room with sink and toilet.
