Daytime, pull on the hiking boots and enjoy nearby state parks, lakes, and waterfalls. Just 3.5 miles off I-40, bounce in town or down the mtn for the perfect meal. Zipline, paddleboat, campfires & memories abound! We are close by to assist if needed.

Nancy's Nest -At Home on the Farm - 2 bedrooms

This quaint, early 1900's farm house sits among shady trees and overlooks a beautiful pasture and garden. Rock on the porch or roast marshmallows in the fire pit. The parking and turn around are big enough to accommodate a trailer. It's convenient to horse trails, hiking, kayaking, and biking on the beautiful Cumberland Plateau. Big South Fork National Recreation Area, Pickett State Park, Historic Rugby, Muddy Pond, and Sgt. Alvin C. York's Museum and Burial Place are all within 30 minutes.

Located in Sparta, enjoy what this 1-bedroom cabin has to offer. This cabin has one bedroom with a full-sized bed and cozy living room with a sofa bed, along with a full bathroom. The living room has a fireplace, a large Smart TV, pool table, and board games. A large deck shows the gorgeous lake on the property. Ducks live in the pond, visible from the many windows.
