Methow valley custom home, far above the Methow river and Columbia valley. Nearly 360 degree views - west into the Sawtooth mountains, north up the Methow river and North Cascades and East to the Columbia river and eastern wheat fields. You get the whole place to yourselves, lots of privacy and quiet, at the top of the mountains. We have recently expanded the patio in the front to 300+ square feet, with a gas BBQ and a new picnic table. It's a great place to hang out, morning or evening.

Happy Place

Happy Place is state of mind on the edge of Lake Chelan. Private and isolated. It is a studio set up with a king size bed, sitting area, and table. The large deck wraps around for complete views up and down the lake. Watch the Lady of the Lake go by on it's 55 mile daily trip to Stehekin. Across the lake is the wooded and mountainous view of Slide Ridge. Happy Place is towards the end of the road on the north shore of Manson. Wilderness area extends the rest of the up lake.

This modern yet rustic home was designed to bring the outside in and promote a sense of peace and privacy. The home consists of a main house and a separate studio unit,both with breathtaking views. A new addition to the main house in 2026 adds an upstairs “fire lookout” bedroom and bathroom. With vast views, this bedroom showcases a 270-degree view of the Methow Valley. Off the main level is a new mudroom, laundry room, and den.

"Tall Pines" a cozy 1 bedroom Tiny Cabin

Pine cones and trees surround these cabins and the Tall pines is decorated to match. From the outdoors, to the screened porch, to the living room, the peace and serenity of this area is captured. It features a queen bed and a hide-a-bed couch in the living room. Each cabin is 400 sq. ft with a 300 sq. ft screened porch.
