Off the beaten path and surrounded by rural land, horses, and blooming cottonwoods, our casita is an ideal place to unwind and recharge.

The front porch has seating and the private back patio has a lighted pergola, dining furniture, & Sandia mountain views. Balloon Fiesta Park is nearby & balloons fly nearby year-round. This adobe casita is a special place – washed in sunlight, quiet and tucked into a half acre with grass, trees, flowers, rabbits and birds. Located right behind the Balloon Fiesta grounds, just a few minutes drive, it is only 20 minutes from downtown and about 50 minutes from Santa Fe. Plenty of outdoor space in which to relax and soak up the sun. Great Wifi for remote work. The casita sits on the same lot as another house. Both homes share the beautiful yard.

The combination of minimal aesthetics with just the right flashy Deco touch creates a cozy, inviting interior. The Casita is completely private and is heated and cooled by mini-splits in the living room and bedroom. There is secure parking for a sedan style vehicle, but it cannot accommodate larger vehicles like large trucks or SUVs.

This unique place has a style all its own. Modern, BoHo, and newly renovated guest casita centrally located in downtown/Old Town area. Studio with sleeping loft and kitchenette. Walkable downtown neighborhood close to Old Town Plaza, Nobhill, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and parks. Private courtyard and access to a lush backyard. Easily accessible to freeway. ONE SMALL DOG welcome without host approval, anything else needs host approval.
