This little hideaway guest house tucked behind our SW cottage house. It is the perfect little place to stop at the end of your day and relax. If your activities require parking a trailer, there is plenty of room on our 3/4 acre lot. You'll find three comfortable bedrooms that will sleep six people. There is also a sofa bed that can accommodate one more if needed.

The house is located near the college, the mall, and many places to eat. As far as geography, it is centrally located between Ship Rock, the San Juan River, Navajo Dam, Chaco Canyon, and Durango CO. There is much to explore just by doing day trips. The San Juan River boasts of the best fly fishing, and Navajo Dam is one of the biggest lakes in NM stretching into Colorado.
