Access to my place will be through the alley , which is a wide and clean alley. Children and pets welcome. With a chance to view our beloved pet sulcata tortoise “Stanley” whose burrow is right behind this unit, he is the 3rd largest tortoise in the world

Sage Cottage is a quaint home conveniently located on one of the main roads through town. Easy access to everything Carlsbad has to offer, but private and serene with a huge yard. Beds for 6 guests ( queen, full, 2 twins) in 3 bedrooms w AC plus complete kitchen, dining space, and spacious yet cozy living room. Two bathrooms (although the upstairs one is mostly for children due to its small size). Plenty of off-street parking, easy keypad check in, and local co-host keep your stay worry-free.

If heading to The Carlsbad Caverns we are the closest in that direction 28 miles GNP 38 miles.This is a great stay for family, hikers, cavers,explorers.Within a mile of shopping centers and a Super Walmart, Dollar general,Chili’s, Subway, IHOP, and other local eateries nearby. Lots of Parking and Coffee❤️

Rest and relax by the banks of the Pecos River in this tastefully remodeled, comfortable, two bedroom, two bath, three bed townhouse, with two car garage. We are situated in a safe setting with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Enjoy all that the Pecos offers, including a fun view of the river's activities from the back yard patio or upstairs balcony. Whether you are fishing, boating, swimming, or lounging around, an enjoyable time awaits you. Sorry no smoking and no pets allowed.

This cozy casita is located right next to the Pecos River. You will enjoy a relaxing living room and a fully stocked kitchen. This a great spot to call home while you visit Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park, and other attractions. We are centrally located close to the best restaurants in town. Enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine on the dock right on the river. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan-May 31 maintenance cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**
