Base price includes a tent setup, basic camp gear, drinking water, sanitizer, and a privacy-tent outhouse with above-ground toilet. Primitive site: no running water, Wi-Fi, shade, or open flames. Camp stove only. Vehicle with 4x4/high-clearance recommended. Bring-your-own-gear guests get 30% off and no cleaning fee.

SECRET GLAMPING SITE

The glamping site is in a secret area on 1 and 2/3 acres with a pool and hot tub. We have two rooms in the house and a casita and some campers on the property adorned with Ed Haddaway's sculpture. There is a campfire and hamocks to relax in. There is a lovely outdoor hot water shower. Or you may use the shower in the main home which is just steps away from the glamping site. People love to hang out on the porch as well. There is electricity in the tent to plug in laptops and phones.

Camping & Recreational Use

Nice 5+ acre lot in the Rio Grande Ranches Subdivision of Costilla County, Colorado. At an elevation around 7500 feet the air is clean and the skies are bright. Great roads make these lots easily accessible at all times. The Lobato Bridge, over the Rio Grande River, is the southern most crossing over the river in Colorado and is just a few miles to the southwest. Use these lots for recreation, to camp, or just enjoy some peace and quiet away from it all. Your options are limitless

Stay in a preset 16’x16’ bell tent in the Magical Forest with overhead light, deluxe rug, side table, chairs, and a queen bed with bedding and pillows. Includes limited 110-volt power for lights and small devices. Enjoy resort amenities like swimming ponds, waterslides, paddleboards, disc golf, volleyball, river access, and bonfire areas. 2-night minimum. Shuttle provided. Extra guests $15/night. No dogs.

Spring is great for fishing, and from September to mid-October, you can listen all night to the bugling of mature bull elk in this unique place. Sleep in luxury on a California King-sized bed, featuring flannel and luxurious sheets, a heavy down comforter, and pillows. Although a work in progress, it currently features a full-size fridge and a converted sauna serving as a water closet. Electricity and internet. Please ask any questions before booking.

You’ll be greeted by Gus the Goat and a beautiful breeze to refresh from your travels. This stay is a BYOT. Bring your own tent. We provide a pad to rest atop while you camp in your tent. This camp is 420 friendly and pet friendly.
