Close to local dining, scenic hikes, and 1 hour to Sunrise Mountain for skiing. Enjoy a cozy indoor fireplace plus an outdoor grill, fire pit, corn hole, and horseshoes. Heating, mini-split, and portable A/C for year-round comfort. Winter fun includes sledding hills, horseback riding, and tree cutting.

With a large deck and a porch swing you will have no shortage of good views, but once the sun sets feel free to retire to a warm den with a wood burning stove and electric baseboard.
