The site features: native plants and trees, a flowing stream and a recreation of a cattle drive in bronze with longhorn steers being driven by three cowboys on horses in the middle of Downtown Dallas. They are called "the trails that brought settlers to Dallas."

Very cool bronze statue of 49 larger than life longhorn cattle. All together, it's the largest bronze monument of it's kind in the world. If you are walking to the convention center you'll walk right by them. If your not going to the convention center then you should still go see this.

Home to the largest bronze sculpture in the world, Pioneer Plaza commemorates the the Dallas settlers and cattle market. The work of Texan artist Robert Summers, the sculpture features nearly 50 longhorn cattle and three horseback cowboys. The plaza is also home to an impressive range of native plants and trees, making it a lovely spot for an outdoor break near the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center.

Pioneer Plaza is a large public park located in the Convention Center District of downtown Dallas, Texas (USA). It contains a large sculpture and is a heavily visited tourist site. Adjacent to the plaza is the Pioneer Park Cemetery which features the Confederate War Memorial. Together, it is the largest public open space in the Dallas central business district.
