locally-owned coffee shop; it’s not really anything special, but it’s just a block away so it’s great for an easily-accessible cup of joe. They just started serving smoothie bowls that are extremely delicious! Just give them some time as the service can be slow.

A family-owned neighborhood coffee shop with a very friendly atmosphere, serving high quality Central American and Caribbean coffee! Great place to do some work.
