I'm a philosophy professor at TCU and am president/co-founder of the Mind Body Ecology Institute. I play Spanish guitar, practice yoga, meditation, and contemplative dance, and I love adventuring around the world, up mountains and into deserts, riding my bike along the many bike trails in Fort Worth, playing music, and meeting new people and sharing stories.
